We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request directly from your Profile → Order History section within this timeframe.
Go to your Profile → Order History. Click on the delivered order and select "Request Return".
Enter a reason for return and your refund account details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account). You may also upload a photo or video showing the issue.
Our courier partner will contact you within 3–5 business days to pick up the package from your shipping address. Please ensure the items are packed securely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your provided account.
• Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
